Wayflyer, a Irish revenue-based financing and growth platform for e-commerce merchants, recently raised $150M in funding co-led by DST Global and QED Investors. The Series B round includes additional investors Left Lane, Guillaume Pousaz (Checkout.com founder), Prosus, J.P. Morgan, and Madrone Capital Partners. Wayflyer intends to use the funding to continue global expansion and expand its product offerings.
