Small business clients will be able to manage embedded payroll, HR, benefits, time tracking, insurance, and retirement solutions alongside PNC’s cash management and payment tools in one digital experience, with AI-enabled automation and 24/7 access to ADP payroll experts; the offering draws on ADP’s experience serving more than 900,000 small businesses. The main objective is to reduce the operational complexity of running payroll, HR, and banking across disconnected systems, and it marks the latest expansion of ADP’s embedded payroll business.
