Navra, a Las Vegas-based startup founded by SoFi and Figure co-founder Mike Cagney and June Ou, has officially launched alongside an oversubscribed $19 million Series A led by Ribbit Capital, with founding investors Baseline and DCM, plus strategic backing from Jump Crypto and Figure Technology Solutions. Navra is a blockchain infrastructure platform that gives retail users one interface to manage crypto portfolios with built-in agentic AI, and acts as an agentic wallet with keyless self-custody, meaning no seed phrase, plus lending, borrowing, and trading; institutions can embed it through a white-label offering. The main objective is to bridge the blockchain ecosystem with traditional finance and make on-chain lending and securities markets easier to use, with Figure as its first blockchain partner, supplying its Democratized Prime yield protocol and YLDS, the first SEC-registered yielding stablecoin, ahead of a limited rollout planned for late October. Key players include Cagney, who said blockchain has been built for a native crypto audience “but not for the real world,” and lead investor Ribbit Capital.
