Mesh, a crypto payments network that has connected more than 300 exchanges and wallets through a single integration since 2020, has acquired Bluvo, a developer of exchange connectivity technology; financial terms were not disclosed. Bluvo co-founders Florian Sabani and Luca Dalla Chiara have joined Mesh, as Head of Exchange Partnerships and Senior Staff Software Engineer, respectively. The main objective is to strengthen Mesh’s digital assets exchange connectivity, a core piece of capital markets tech infrastructure, as it builds a global payment network that lets money move across any chain, wallet, exchange, or currency, with an emphasis on uptime and less complexity for developers and users. Key players include Mesh CEO and co-founder Bam Azizi, who said the company would “rather have them building it with us than in parallel,” and Sabani and Dalla Chiara, who said Mesh already has the reach to solve the problem at scale.
