Noah, a London-based stablecoin payments infrastructure provider, has closed its seed round at $38 million after raising an additional $16 million from existing and new investors including Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, and Felix Capital, building on a $22 million seed announced in June 2025. Noah’s API connects stablecoin settlement with local payment rails so businesses can move money across borders without relying on correspondent banking chains, and the company reports 538% year-to-date revenue growth, 150-plus new customers, and coverage of more than 150 markets and 60 currencies. The main objective is to expand Noah’s international money transfer service, widen its regulatory footprint, open a New York office, and hire engineering and compliance specialists. Key players include Noah co-founder and CEO Shah Ramezani, co-founder and president Thijn Lamers, a former Adyen executive who said the goal is to make stablecoin settlement “invisible” to the businesses and individuals benefiting from it, and the round’s investors.
