Savvy Wealth, an AI-native registered investment advisor platform for independent financial advisors, has closed a $100 million Series C led by Halo Fund, the growth-stage firm co-founded by Qualtrics founder Ryan Smith and longtime Accel general partner Ryan Sweeney, with participation from Thrive Capital, Industry Ventures, Index Ventures, and others, lifting its valuation to $600 million. The main objective is to further build out Savvy Intelligence, the AI operating environment that runs agents for each advisor across a unified data layer spanning CRM, investments, tax, and planning, as the wealthtech platform scales rapidly: assets under management have grown more than 4x year-over-year to $9 billion, and the advisor network has doubled to more than 150 nationwide. Savvy was named the No. 1 fastest-growing financial services firm in America by Inc. Magazine, with three-year revenue growth exceeding 13,000%. Key players include Halo Fund co-founder Ryan Smith, who compared Savvy’s opportunity to Robinhood’s modernization of retail brokerage, and Savvy board member Mark Casady, the former LPL Financial CEO whose Vestigo Ventures also backed the round.
