Félix, the Miami-based AI-powered WhatsApp remittance platform for Latino immigrants founded in 2020 by Manuel Godoy and Bernardo García, has raised $200 million in a Series C co-led by Andreessen Horowitz ($87 million equity) and General Catalyst ($113 million debt from its Customer Value Fund), with participation from QED Investors, Castle Island Ventures, Switch Ventures, Contour Venture Partners, and Endeavor Catalyst, bringing total funding to nearly $300 million. The company has processed more than $8 billion in transactions to date, grew revenue more than 2.5x in the past year, and connects U.S. users to families across 11 Latin American markets including Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Honduras, and Peru through a conversational AI interface that combines blockchain rails with a consumer-friendly WhatsApp experience. Félix’s valuation tripled since its Series B, a $75 million round led by QED Investors in 2025.
