Parafin, the SPECIALTY FINANCE infrastructure company that has now funded more than 50,000 unique small businesses through platform partners including Amazon, DoorDash, Gusto, TikTok Shop, and Walmart, has entered a new $300 million forward-flow agreement backed by a leading New York-based alternative asset manager, under which up to $300 million of originated loans will be purchased into a rated investment vehicle providing long-term SPECIALTY FINANCE funding capacity. The transaction builds on recently announced partnerships with Goldman Sachs, EverBank, and a renewed commitment from First Citizens Bank, and follows a $360 million forward-flow facility established with Cross River Bank, diversifying Parafin’s institutional funding base. Parafin currently offers three core products, working capital financing, BNPL, and business credit cards, through platform integrations that allow small businesses to access capital without leaving the workflows they already use.
