Fina, the EMBEDDED FINANCE platform and fintech arm of Saudi-based B2B enablement company SILQ, has secured a $75 million (SAR 282M) Shariah-compliant facility from Fasanara Capital, a London-based global investment manager with approximately $6 billion in AUM. The facility enables Fina to embed working capital directly into merchants’ digital workflows, using real commercial activity, transaction data, and operational insights from SILQ’s ecosystem of 50,000+ businesses across Saudi Arabia, targeting the unlocking of SAR 3 billion in liquidity for more than 2,000 businesses in 2026, following SAR 1.5 billion deployed over the prior 12 months. Saudi Arabia’s SME financing gap is estimated at approximately SAR 300 billion, positioning Fina at the center of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 agenda to expand SME access to capital.
