Honeycomb Insurance, an AI-native digital INSURTECH specializing in apartment buildings and condo associations, has raised $40 million led by Zeev Ventures, with participation from existing investor Ibex Investors and new backers Peakline, Alpha Partners, Meitar Partners, Practical VC, and former San Francisco 49ers champion Harris Barton, bringing total funding to $95 million. The company exited 2025 with $275 million in Gross Written Premium, now insures over $100 billion in assets across more than 20 U.S. states, and has achieved a loss ratio significantly below the industry average through AI-driven underwriting that evaluates properties individually using geospatial datasets, aerial imagery, and building history, without physical inspections. The round will fund expansion into new states, improved agent-facing tools, and new product lines.
