CORA Group, a portfolio of Jonas Software under Constellation Software, has acquired Finastra‘s U.S. mid-market banking business, including the Phoenix Core Banking System, Malauzai Digital Banking, Analyzer IQ, and Fusion Analytics, which together serve hundreds of banks and credit unions across the United States. The deal, advised by PJT Partners and Kirkland & Ellis for Finastra, sharpens Finastra’s focus on its larger global segments while giving the acquired platforms a permanent, long-term owner under Constellation’s decentralized model.
