Corgi, an AI-native full-stack commercial insurance platform, has raised $106 million in a Series B1 led by TCV, with participation from Prime Capital, Zone 2 Ventures, Leblon Capital, Kindred Ventures, Quadri Ventures, and others, at a $2.6 billion valuation, exactly double its $1.3 billion valuation from just three weeks earlier. This brings total funding to $378 million across its Series A ($108 million), Series B ($160 million), and now B1, all within roughly 18 months. The company, whose clients include Deel and Artisan, is profitable and expanding into trucking, small-business, and sports insurance verticals as it modernizes its commercial insurance infrastructure with AI-driven underwriting, claims handling, and embedded insurance.
