Tech Mahindra‘s acquisition of Avant Techno Solutions expands its WEALTHTECH capabilities across payments modernization and wealth management platforms. The deal is reportedly valued at around CAD 28 million and gives Tech Mahindra an 85% stake in the Canada-based firm. Strategically, the acquisition strengthens Tech Mahindra’s BFSI offering in North America as banks and wealth firms modernize core systems, implement real-time payments, migrate to ISO 20022, and adopt advisory technology.
