Quantum Lending Solutions, an AI-based lending infrastructure platform, has closed a $400 million financing round—including a $250 million warehouse facility, corporate debt, and equity—to scale its AI-based lending infrastructure for banks, marketplaces, and tech platforms. Formed through the merger of Fundation, Camino Financial, and Amount’s SMB unit, the company has since doubled originations, cut losses by 50%, and tripled lending capacity while rebuilding its platform for the AI era. The new capital, led by a global private credit firm with participation from Atlas SP Partners and LL Funds, positions Quantum to expand long-term credit access for small and midsize businesses at large scale.
