Experian has acquired UK-based regtech firm KYC360, integrating its customer lifecycle management platform into Experian’s Ascend offering to bolster fraud prevention and compliance capabilities across the UK and Ireland. The deal aims to enable faster onboarding, continuous screening, and reduced operational costs for clients starting next year.
