Miami-based startup Boom has raised $12.7 million in Series A funding, led by Avenue Growth Partners, to expand its AI-driven property management platform for the short-term rental and hospitality industries. The company’s system uses “agentic” AI to automate guest communication, operations, and financial workflows, aiming to reduce friction across fragmented hospitality tech stacks. Funds will support global expansion and product development as Boom scales across more than 20 countries. While the growth potential is significant, integration challenges and execution risk remain key hurdles for the company’s next phase.
