Triver, a London-based fintech, has secured up to £114 million to expand its AI- and Open Banking–powered SME cash flow finance platform. The raise combines a £14 million Series A equity round (led by AlleyCorp, with participation from Axeleo, Inkberry Ventures, Stride VC, and others) and a £65 million debt facility from HSBC Innovation Banking UK and Avellinia Capital, with the potential to rise to £100 million. Founded in 2023 by ex-Funding Circle CRO Jerome Le Luel, Triver has already financed over 17,000 invoices worth £180 million for 1,500 clients, and its integrations with Xero, Clear Books, and other partners aim to help UK small businesses unlock up to £1 billion in annual funding.
