Everon, the third-largest U.S. security company, has signed an agreement to acquire the B2B multifamily business from ADT, with the deal expected to close by Q3 2025. The acquisition expands Everon’s reach in the multifamily market, enhancing its offerings in access control, video surveillance, fire and life safety, and property management integrations. CEO Don Young emphasized that the move strengthens Everon’s ability to boost net operating income, security, and efficiency for property owners while scaling its national service delivery.
