Raze Finance, the infrastructure powering real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, has partnered with EMBD Finance to launch a $100M+ tokenized private credit Special Purpose Vault (SPVault), one of the largest such deployments to date. Powered by Raze’s Vault-as-a-Service infrastructure—covering compliance, KYC, intelligent contract automation, and multi-chain interoperability—the initiative will offer institutional-grade, yield-bearing products with global accessibility. EMBD will originate and manage the private credit assets, while Raze’s technology enables them to be structured, tokenized, and distributed to qualified investors, starting with non-U.S. participants in early Q4 2025.
