Unik System Design, a Danish proptech backed by Main Capital Partners, has acquired Sweden’s LEB System AB to strengthen its presence in the Nordic property management software market. The deal marks Unik’s first add-on acquisition, expanding its platform capabilities with LEB’s modular system for rental administration, finance, maintenance, tenant services, and energy analytics, widely used by both public sector entities and large private property owners. The combined group expects to exceed €25 million in revenue in 2025 with 200+ employees, positioning itself as a leading European property management software provider and accelerating international growth.
