Unlike generic chatbots, Remark’s AI personas replicate the high-touch in-store experience by leveraging expert insights from real people, such as athletes, stylists, and new parents, delivering personalized guidance that significantly boosts conversion rates and customer satisfaction. With 4x YoY revenue growth and 28% shopper conversion (far above the 1% industry average), Remark plans to use the funding to expand into new verticals, enhance training tools, and optimize real-time performance analytics.
