But, this week’s Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) legislation, which was passed for final approval by a resounding majority of EU MEPs, is now the first step toward harmonizing the laws governing crypto assets in a major jurisdiction, and a major advancement for startups, innovators, founders, and investors in the Web3/crypto space.
