Mitiga, a cloud security company that provides a subscription-based service to assist businesses in preventing cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) attacks, announced that it raised $45 million in a Series A round led by ClearSky Cyber Security with participation from Samsung Next, Blackstone, Atlantic Bridge, and DNX Ventures. The new capital will be used for product development and expanding Mitiga’s 56-person workforce. The round values Mitiga at over $100 million.
