Socure has launched Agent Intelligence, an IDV and AI trust suite on its RiskOS platform that detects AI agents, scores whether they should be trusted, and ties each one to the verified person or business that authorized it. It has three layers: Agent Detection, generally available now within Socure’s Digital Intelligence product, with the company claiming 99.99% accuracy on non-self-disclosed agents; Agent TrustScore, in beta; and Agent Credential, a W3C Verifiable Credential issued through SocurePass, due for general availability in the first quarter of 2027. The main objective is to help businesses say yes to legitimate agents rather than blocking them as bots, as Socure reports daily AI agent requests grew more than 1,700% in the year to September 2026. Key players include Socure CEO Johnny Ayers, who said most companies still treat agents like bots and block them.
