Dwelly, the London-based PROPTECH founded in 2023 by former Uber and Gett executives Ilya Drozdov, Dan Lifshits, and Dmitry Khanukov, has raised $170 million in a Series B comprising $95 million in equity co-led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst, alongside a $75 million debt facility from Trinity Capital, with participation from s16vc, Begin Capital, DVC, KKR’s Philipp Freise, and the CEOs of ElevenLabs, Legora, and Synthesia. The company, which acquires independent UK letting agencies and migrates them onto its AI operating system for tenant screening, rent collection, property management, and maintenance coordination, now manages 15,000 properties and a £350 million rent roll and allows each property manager to oversee 300+ units, roughly triple the 100 typical under traditional models. Total funding has surpassed $260 million in under a year, following a $93 million raise just five months earlier.
