The platform deploys AI agents across voice, SMS, email, chat, and WhatsApp, integrated with 15+ property management and CRM systems, to automate leasing, maintenance, collections, payments, and resident communications for clients including Regus, StorQuest, RHP Properties, and Storage King USA, with one self-storage operator reporting a 214% ROI. The capital accelerates expansion across self-storage, senior living, multifamily, manufactured housing, and flexible workspace.
