Notabene, the operator of the world’s largest open network for regulated on-chain transactions connecting 2,300+ institutions across 100+ jurisdictions and processing $2 trillion in annualized transaction volume, has received a strategic investment from Ripple alongside a partnership to integrate RLUSD into Notabene Flow, its B2B stablecoin payments platform. The deal gives Ripple’s enterprise STABLECOIN the compliant pre-transaction identity verification and counterparty authorization infrastructure that institutional adoption requires, allowing banks, fintechs, and payment providers to verify who they’re transacting with and meet regulatory requirements before value moves. Separately, Ripple also launched Ripple Mint, a platform allowing institutional clients to issue, redeem, transfer, and track RLUSD via web interface or API.
