Arca, an AI-native WEALTECH company founded by former Plaid product leader Rron Rexha, has exited stealth with $64 million across a $15.5 million seed round led by Venrock and a $48.5 million Series A led by General Catalyst, with participation from Index Ventures and Venrock, managing over $1 billion in client assets. The company pairs human financial advisors with purpose-built AI infrastructure to eliminate the administrative work that consumes over 80% of most advisors’ time, and its board and advisors include Vanguard former chairman, Bill McNabb, Altruist CEO Jason Wenk, Charles Schwab former CFO Peter Crawford, and author Morgan Housel. Arca targets a structural gap: more than a third of U.S. households that hold tens of trillions in assets still lack access to proactive, personalized wealth management.
