Taktile, the FINTECH AI transformation platform for banks and insurers, has raised $110 million in a Series C led by Growth Equity with participation from Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, Y Combinator, and Dig Ventures, bringing total funding to $184 million. The company’s modular Agentic Decision Platform helps institutions combine AI agents, rules, relevant context, and human oversight to safely automate credit, claims, fraud, underwriting, and compliance decisions, with customers including Mercury, Monzo, Faire, Pleo, Allianz, and Rakuten Bank, and results including 95% automation in B2B underwriting and 75% fewer AML false positives. The new capital will fuel global expansion across the U.S., EMEA, and LATAM, including a new office in São Paulo, as demand accelerates following Taktile Labs’ December 2025 research showing frontier AI models have crossed the threshold for reliable high-stakes financial decision making.
