Festina Finance, a Copenhagen-based HR TECH platform providing cloud-native modular technology for pensions, life insurance, and financial planning, has raised €25 million in growth capital from Birchway Capital, valuing the company at approximately €200 million. The funding will accelerate development of its flagship Life & Pension platform, a modular, cloud-native system supporting approximately 10 million pension policies and 3 million banking customers across Denmark, the Netherlands, the UK, and Norway — and drive international expansion with the UK identified as the key strategic market. Netcompany, which holds a 22% stake, will continue integrating Festina’s pension capabilities into its AMPLIO Life & Pension product and Netcompany Banking Services.
