nesto, Canada’s leading mortgage technology and financing platform, has raised CAD $302 million in a Series E at a CAD $1.47 billion valuation, bringing in new investors La Caisse (formerly CDPQ), Fidelity Investments Canada, PICTON Investments, and Endeavor Catalyst, alongside existing backers Portage, Diagram, NAventures, Fonds de solidarité FTQ, and Fondaction. The PROPTECH company manages over $80 billion in mortgages under administration, has originated more than $37 billion in 2026, and recently launched Maestro AI, an AI-native orchestration platform designed to simplify end-to-end mortgage operations. The new capital will accelerate AI and technology development and expand nesto’s platform beyond mortgages into broader financial services.
