Acclaim, an AI-powered customer experience platform built for regulated industries, has announced its formal entry into the U.S. market, backed by a $34 million Series A funding round. Formerly known as Aiphoria, the company develops enterprise-grade, voice-first AI agents designed to make customer service more seamless while keeping organizations compliant with strict regulatory requirements. Its platform targets sectors like banking, insurance, and healthcare, and has already demonstrated scale — powering 90% of early-stage delinquency calls and roughly 100,000 monthly sales interactions for TBC Uzbekistan by the end of 2025. The U.S. launch is supported by the appointment of Fred Fontes as CEO, who brings experience from Replicant, Aera, and AI advisory work at McKinsey & Company.
