EQT is acquiring a majority stake in PropertyMe, a fast-growing cloud-based PropTech platform used by over 6,000 agencies to manage 1.9 million rental properties across Australia and New Zealand. The company processes nearly $40 billion in annual rental transactions and is leveraging its payments product, MePay, to deepen monetization and streamline property management workflows. Backed by EQT’s capital and software/AI expertise, PropertyMe will accelerate product development, expand into new markets, and transition to new leadership under incoming CEO Brian Donn in 2026.
