Arch, a US-based wealthtech firm led by co-founder and CEO Ryan Eisenman, has raised $52 million in a Series B led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from Craft Ventures, Quiet Capital, and Menlo Ventures, bringing its total funding to nearly $80 million since 2018. Built initially to automate K-1 tax document collection, Arch has evolved into an AI-powered platform for private alternative investment management, now handling over $250 billion in assets for 450 allocators, including family offices and RIAs. The new capital will fund platform enhancements—such as CIO tools, expanded client portal reporting, and the launch of Arch Pay, designed to automate capital calls between funds and limited partners.
