MagicDoor, a Las Vegas–based AI-powered property management startup, raised $4.5M in a seed round co-led by Okapi Venture Capital and Shadow Ventures, with participation from Motley Fool Ventures, VITALIZE, and Early Light Ventures. The proptech integrates all key landlord functions—rent collection, maintenance, vendor sourcing, compliance, and vacancy listings—into a unified AI-driven system designed to streamline operations for residential and commercial property managers. Funding will be used to accelerate product development, strengthen AI capabilities, and expand hiring to drive adoption among independent landlords.
