The acquisition is designed to enhance resident payment flexibility and property manager efficiency. Livble enables tenants to split their rent into (up to) four installments per month, while RealPage guarantees on-time payments and assumes non-payment risk through a single platform. The deal will expand LOFT’s reach to over three million units, support renters’ financial wellness, and advance RealPage’s strategy to redefine the multifamily resident experience through AI-enabled, integrated solutions.
