Verisk, a leading insurtech and global data analytics provider to the insurance industry,  has entered a $2.35 billion cash agreement to acquire AccuLynx, a leading SaaS provider for residential property contractors, to strengthen its position in the insurance claims and the restoration ecosystem. The acquisition will enhance workflow integration between insurers and contractors, leveraging AccuLynx’s roofing-focused data and business management tools alongside Verisk’s Property Estimating Solutions, improving operational efficiency, cost savings, and policyholder experience. Expected to close by Q3 2025, the deal is anticipated to boost Verisk’s revenue, EBITDA margin, and EPS in 2026, while generating significant synergies across both firms’ customer bases.
