Proxymity, a UK-based digital investor communication platform, has raised $36 million in a Series C round to support its expansion into the Asia-Pacific region, leveraging a new partnership with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (MUTB). The new round follows a $26 million raise earlier in 2025, with continued support from major global institutions including Citi, JPMorgan, and BNP Paribas. The funding will enhance Proxymity’s proxy voting and shareholder disclosure technologies, positioning it to streamline corporate governance communications for publicly listed companies in Japan and beyond.
