Buena, a German proptech firm on a mission to simplify property management for real estate owners, has raised $58 million in funding led by GV to expand its AI-driven property management platform and continue its aggressive roll-up strategy, having acquired over 20 firms since 2023. With over 60,000 units under management and a landlord waitlist of more than 5,000, Buena aims to solve Germany’s fragmented property management market by digitizing operations and automating routine tasks through the use of AI. The company’s broader ambition is to redefine global property management by applying its scalable model to international markets, such as the US, with backing from leading investors including 20VC and Stride.
