MoxiWorks, a leading real estate sales and marketing software provider, has sold its back-office accounting software, MoxiBalance, to Upfront as part of a strategic shift to focus solely on its core real estate sales and marketing solutions. The acquisition enables Upfront to enhance its financial platform by integrating MoxiBalance—now rebranded as Vero—to provide real estate professionals with modern back-office tools and financial services. MoxiBalance’s former GM, Ishtyaq Ahmed, joins Upfront as Chief Product Officer, and the two companies will continue partnering to deliver integrated solutions to their shared customer base.
