Zoho Corp recently launched “Vikra,” an e-commerce seller app aimed at MSMEs on the ONDC marketplace. The app aims to offer frictionless commerce and lower costs for smaller sellers, similar to what UPI has done with digital payments. The launch comes just weeks after Zoho introduced its B2B payments platform, Zoho Payments, marking its expanding product portfolio in fintech and e-commerce. The company’s CEO, Sridhar Vembu, believes these offerings will help Zoho acquire millions of customers, leveraging its existing ecosystem to provide a comprehensive end-to-end product stack.
