Pollen VC provides revolving credit facilities for mobile app and game developers, supporting their scaling efforts without traditional venture capital funding. The acquisition allows Pollen VC to operate independently within the Fasanara Group, pursuing more significant, structured deals while focusing on assisting smaller studios in a capital-efficient manner.
