Param, Turkey’s largest fintech company, announced its acquisition of Czech BNPL and specialty finance provider Twisto in an effort to expand its footprint in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Poland. Param intends to leverage Twisto’s money licenses to offer embedded finance solutions across the new markets, augmenting its B2B2X (B2B to any type of end-user) product suite.
