M3ter, a London-based platform that offers metered/ usage-based SaaS billing tools, announced a $14 million Series A which it intends to use for geographic expansion, including the United States, and the development of new products. The company emerged from stealth just last year and is riding a wave of continuing demand for more accurate pricing options for SaaS end-users. Notion Capital led the round with participation from Insight Partners, Union Square Ventures, and Kindred Capital.
