Goldman Sachs Considering Partnership with FTX to Offer Crypto Derivatives

Goldman Sachs, one of the largest and most renowned investment banks, is considering partnering with crypto derivatives broker FTX to provide its U.S. clients with access to these sophisticated instruments. Goldman Sachs would be in a position to serve as FTX’s designated “futures commission merchant” in the U.S., trading derivatives through the investment bank’s crypto desk. Goldman Sachs has recently increased the number of crypto-related products and services in its portfolio. The investment bank made its first over-the-counter (OTC) crypto trade via Galaxy Digital only a few weeks ago.
