CommerceIQ, a startup that helps major CPG brands manage their e-commerce sales to retailers and marketplaces, recently announced a $115M Series D funding round. The funding round brings the company’s total valuation to more than $1 billion. The new capital will be used for geographic expansion and platform development. The Series D comes after a $200M Series C funding round led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2, with participation from existing investors Insight Partners, Trinity Ventures, Shasta Ventures, and Madrona Venture Group.
