Chargebee, a recurring billing SaaS platform, recently raised $250M in a funding round co-led by Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital. The funding included additional participation from existing investors Insight Partners, Sapphire, and Steadview Capital. The company received a significant jump in valuation to $3.5B from $1.4B last year. Chargebee intends to use the capital to strengthen internal infrastructure.
