WEKA, an AI data platform for artificial intelligence, recently announced a $73M funding round led by Hitachi Ventures. Other investors participating in the round included strategic investors Hewlett Packard Enterprise, NVIDIA, Micron, and Cisco, and financial investors MoreTech Ventures, Ibex Investors, and Key 1 Capital. WEKA intends to use the funds to accelerate go-to-market activities, operations, and engineering. The new funding round brings the data platform’s total amount raised to $140 million.
