OfBusiness, a New Delhi-based startup selling industrial goods, and pricing credit for small businesses, recently announced a $325M funding round co-led by Alpha Wave Global, Tiger Global, and SoftBank Vision Fund 2. The company’s SaaS offering, Bidassist, has now grown to 2.7M unique users making it one of the largest platforms for SMBs looking for revenue opportunities in India. OfBusiness’ SaaS offering works in tandem with its two other business lines, its B2B commerce marketplace and financing options.
