Global-E, a leading cross-border end-to-end platform for brands and retailers, recently agreed to acquire Flow, a tech-based cross-border eCommerce software solution, for an aggregate purchase price of $500M. The merger will strengthen Global-e’s offerings and allow the company to access an additional market of small merchants not currently eligible. The acquisition of Flow will likely expand the company’s relationship with Shopify to offer cross-border services to a broader set of merchants.
